This is achieved without part distortion
by using a combination of advanced

bushings, touch and lock work supports,
balanced opposing forces, indirect
clamping etc.
Depending on the requirements
of a job, we can provide simple
manually loaded jigs or fixtures
as well as complex auto-loaded,
pneumatic or hydraulic clamped fixtures
and everything in between.
All of our custom fixtures include
state of the art design, proven
technology and robust components
to provide the best part specific
fixturing possible.
Our hydraulically clamped fixtures
can include hydraulic sequencing
of clamping operations through integral
hydraulic valves and regulators.
Remote electronic and pressure feedback
sensing is also available.
To help improve chip shedding APM
offers gun drilled internal hydraulic
circuits and sloped guarding.
Third party CMM certification
of datum positions of the fixture
is also available.
