Electronics Technologist\PLC Programmer
- Design/build electrical control panels to drawing
- PLC/HMI programming experience (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, PLC-5, and SLC)
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging PLC systems is essential
- Proficient in servo and other advanced electronic technologies
- Develop and update electrical schematics
- Assist in servicing / troubleshooting product line and installations
- Minimum 7 years hands-on project experience
Senior Mechanical Designer
- Intimate knowledge of all aspects of mechanical design including manufacturing practices,
fits and limits, tolerance application, materials selection, engineering calculations, etc.
- Design experience in automated assembly machines, automated work cells, production
workholding, special purpose gauging and other factory production equipment
- Familiar with the entire design process, beginning with customer requirements, through
concept and design review to completed design, including engineering drawings for
manufacture, BOM’s and tool-lists, and finishing with completed project documentation
- 3D Solid Modelling experience - proficient with SolidWorks
- Creative, analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
- Design experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems an asset
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in designing custom tooling and machinery
